How do I check my points total?
Navigate to the login page, click “login” and enter your email. It’s as simple as that!
How do I claim my prize?
When you cross the threshold for a reward tier, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to claim your prize. We will require a valid U.S. mailing address for fulfillment.
Can I exchange my prize for cash?
No. However, if for some reason you cannot use the gift cards offered, contact us and we can discuss and alternative.
How do you confirm that I completed the task?
This differs slightly from task to task, but once you click to claim your points, you will be prompted to answer a question aimed at proving you completed the associated task. Once your answer is submitted, we manually verify your response. Upon verification, you receive your points. Please note: all attempts at cheating are grounds for immediate disqualification.
How does the raffle work?
Every point you earn is an entry (think raffle ticket) into the drawing. All entries must be received by 11:59PM Central Standard Time on December 31, 2019. Winners are drawn at random and will be notified by email with instructions on how to redeem their prize.
How will I know that I referred to a qualified lead?
Shortly after your referral submission, a member of our sales team will follow up with the reference. If the reference fits our criteria for a good lead, our contest administrator will manually award you a bonus 50 points.
To us, a qualified lead is an introduction to a person who has one or more of the following qualities:
- Is a decision-maker (esp. CEO, COO, CMO, CTO or VP of engineering)
- At a mission-driven organization (Non-profit, b-corporation, impact enterprise, etc)
- Whose organization is (ideally) mid-market to enterprise sized
- In need of a(n):
- e-commerce site
- feature-heavy website
- Website repair
- Website Migration
- custom web application
- digital strategy consultation
- Often interface with:
- Vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Regulatory Agencies
- Partners and clients
- Who need projects like:
- Business Intelligence (BI) and advanced analytics tools
- Business process automation
- Web-enabled embedded technology for all aspects of supply chain management
- Mobile-compatible, backend integrated web applications
- E-commerce that supports multiple payment processing solutions

How do you prevent cheating?
We have tools to help us spot cheaters (can’t give too many details away) and we implement a manual verification process to confirm that your point-earning activities have been completed before awarding points.
I just shared my referral link with my friends, why haven’t I received any points?
We implement a manual verification process to confirm that your point-earning activities have been completed before awarding points. Sometimes it may take a day or two before we can confirm your activity and award you points. If you still do not receive points after several days, please contact us at info@polycotassociates.com.
What is your privacy policy? How will you use my email?
Unless you indicate that you allow us to contact you for marketing purposes upon sign up, all data provided will be used solely for the purposes of participation in the referral campaign and contest. If you consent to marketing communications, you will be added to our mailing list and provided a link to a sign up form where you can further specify your preferred communication settings.
What if I want to participate but don’t live close enough to Austin to take advantage of the co-op gift cards?
We want to reward everyone who can offer us referrals. Our intention with this campaign is to co-promote other worker cooperatives. If there is one such business that is closer to you please contact us at info@polycotassociates.com and we will be glad to purchase a gift card for that business of equal value. While this is our preference, we understand this may not work for everyone, so if you need further accommodation, please let us know at the email above and we can discuss it.
Do I have to be a former client of Polycot to participate?
No. Everyone is welcome to participate. So long as you know someone who could benefit from a Polycot website, we invite you to send your referral!
