About Our Team
We are web developers and consultants, and more. Polycot Associates is a worker-owned, cooperatively-managed team of highly motivated, creative collaborators who balance professional productivity and communications with diverse personal interests and creative pursuits for triple-bottom-line impact. Jon Lebkowsky co-founded Polycot Consulting with partners in 2001, and spun off Polycot Associates as a sole proprietorship in 2007. The current Poly-Coterie (team of people with shared interests or tastes, who work for Polycot) coalesced in 2012 and converted to a worker-cooperative in early 2014.
We are Drupal and Wordpress web development experts, designers, and project managers. We have created custom websites and implemented web services integrations for many years. Through collaborative problem solving, Polycot Associates offers custom website design and development services.
Our team is composed of member-owners, charged with production and project-based work, as well as ensuring long-term viability and great customer relationships. Every member-owner has a powerful stake in our success, which translates to a powerful stake in our client's success. This supports Polycot's commitment to collaboration at all points in the process.
